Core Medical Interpreter Training at Penn State University – Lehigh Valley
This hybrid 100-hr Core Medical Interpreter Training (CMIT) program is organized in collaboration with the Office of Community Outreach and Engagement from Penn State University – Lehigh Valley, and the only 100-hour CMIT program in the Allentown Area.
It involves 64 hours of synchronous instruction (skills development), and 36 hours of asynchronous instruction. Please complete the registration form below:

This is a collaborative training event with the NICHC, Penn State Abington, Penn State Lehigh Valley (Allentown), Penn State Lancaster/Oxford.
Online access: 10/31 to 11/22
Synchronous Weekends (8 am – 5 pm):
Saturdays: 10/31, 11/7, 11/14, 11/21
Sundays: 11/1, 11/8, 11/15, 11/22
Proof of Linguistic Proficiency for working languages (English – Target) Preferred method to prove linguistic proficiency assessment:
